All Hart Plain Scout Group members (i.e. children and adults who pay a subscription to the scouting organisation) are automatically covered at scouting events and meetings by the the Scout HQ standard insurance policy via their annual subscriptions. The Policy and information can be found at:

Additional helpers for Hart Plain Scout Group (i.e. those who do not pay a subscription to the Scouting organisation) are covered as a result of the Group paying an additional premium for the following insurance policy:
